It is suggested that you cut plenty of pieces of Weld Cloth in advance to speed up cleaning and ease of application. Be very careful when applying a new piece to the wand. The Magic Wand will be very hot after first use.

Step10.gif

Carefully begin to wrap the Magic Wand so there are 5-6 layers over all parts of the metal. THIS IS A MUST, as the metal must be insulated to prevent any and all metal to metal contact otherwise sparking will occur. See WARNINGS.

Step11.gif

After you successfully wrapped all parts of the wand with 5-6 layers of Weld Cloth, you are then ready to tie it off. You can use either black electrical tape or velcro whichever is easiest for you to take on or off.

Now that the Magic Wand is insulated it is ready to use. Connect the spade to either the Hi or Lo outlet. Remember two wands can be used at once. The Hi switch is for heavier cleaning. The low for light cleaning.
