Step1.gif

Take your new Electronic Weld Cleaner out of the box and plug it into any standard electrical outlet. Your Electronic Weld Cleaner is completely portable and can be used anywhere you have electricity.

Step2.gif

After you turn the Electronic Weld Cleaner on, you should see the red power indicator light turn on. You should also hear the internal fan start up. Put you hand near the fan and feel the air blowing out of it.

Step3.gif

If the power light doesn't come on, then it is most likely that the external fuse has blown. Remove it as shown and replace with a 10 amp fuse. The unit will then turn on again. If this should ever fail, call us for a free replacement, our product is guaranteed for life.

After you've successfully turned the unit on and are sure that the unit and fan is in perfect working order, turn the unit off and get ready to prepare yourself for the next steps in proper electronic weld cleaning procedures.
